  1911 Westmeath Twp., Renfrew Co., Ontario with parents Census-Household Member: Role: Household Member Role: Household Member Attestation Papers: Age 30, 5' 4 3/4" Light brown complexion, Brown eyes & bald headed with dark brown hair. Cause of Death: Died of wounds on Sep 15, 1916 whilst crossing through the enemy barrage newar the lines occupied by the 6th Brigade.
