  Notes	Married: Renfrew Mercury Apr 17 1903 A select party of friends and relatives met at the home of Mr Alexander Th omson, of Horotn, on Wed of last week, to celebrate the mariage of his da u, Minerva, to Mr John A Jardine, of Ross. Tehe groom's right hand man w as Mr Hugh Gilmour, of Ross, while Miss Maggie Thomson, acted as bridesma id for her sister. Rev Hugh Taylor performed the ceremony. After the usu al congratulations and a hearty prpast, the happy coule drove out to the ir future home in Ross accompanied by a number of their young friends, whe re the evening was spent in a sociable way with a large company who await ed thier home coming. The preseents made to the bride were both useful a nd select.
