      Hotel - Mr McCoy, the genial and popular proprietor of Dufferin House, left Douglas today, to open Crawford House at Cobden. We congratulate Cobden on its prospect of having one good hotel. Mr McCoy intends to keep the "Dufferin" open for some time.

      Removal - Mr & Mrs Tierney, the proprietors of Crawford House, left Cobden on Monday to take up a private residence in Pembroke. Mr John McCoy, of Dufferin House, Douglas, has rented the Crawford House and intends to run a first class hotel.

      Died Cobden, Mar 5 1908, mr. John McCoy, proprietor of the McCoy House, Co bden for 30 years. He contracted a cold, which developed into pheumonia w ith fatal results. Survive by his widow, 2 sons and a dau
